Mission Statement
To provide IT workforce development and life skills training, mentorship and career opportunities to individuals who seek out roles in the IT field and who are from underserved communities in Hampton Roads, and beyond which will prepare them for upcoming trends in the Information Technology industry.
Program goals
This program was founded as a means of training candidates in IT skills with the goal of assisting in obtaining employment. Beginning with the CompTIA A+ and Security+ exam, coursework will progress through the IT fields of cyber security, networking, cloud, web development, A.I., robotics and other technologies. This will ensure students are at the forefront of the industry and have the best opportunities for positions.
Student driven learning
We will determine the best ways to help students comprehend the material which will be an ongoing exercise in education techniques. Varying teaching styles will arise, and we will work to find the best ways to train students effectively.
Plans for program growth.
Once adequate funding is acquired, the company will lease space to build a computer lab. The computer lab will have a robust inventory of technologies, providing hands-on training for students.

Our Mission
Our mission will be to stay abreast of current and future technologies, as well as build relationships with employers. We realize there is a gap in the skills employers are hiring for and the skills candidates are trained in. We will identify which technologies to prioritize and prepare employees to fill vacant positions. Very nearly, most jobs will be automated, providing a new vision for the labor force. Employees trained in these skills will be prepared for opportunities which will benefit companies that seek to strengthen their market share.
